Moore Lewis & Partners was founded in 1986 by locally renowned and retired Moore Lewis consultant Frank Moore who built a strong business focused on tax and business services for clients across the Toowoomba Region, Lockyer Valley, Darling Downs, Western Downs and South West Queensland.
Over the ensuing years the firm expanded to support clients in the areas of Taxation Services, SME Business Planning, Farming and Primary Production Accounting Services.
Changes to the firm in the early 2000’s saw new ownership under the current Directors:

Ian Lewis
B.Bus FCPA JP(Qual)
Ian joined the firm in 1992. He completed a Bachelor of Business Degree in 1993 and achieved his CPA Status in 1995. He became a Director of the firm in 1999.
Ian consults to our individual clients and to our small to medium enterprise clients across all industries, providing assistance with management consulting, tax matters, structuring advice and succession and retirement planning.
He enjoys working with clients and building an ongoing relationship with them.
Katrina Purcell
B.Bus FCPA JP (Qual)
Katrina Purcell joined the firm in 1994. Katrina completed her Bachelor of Business in 1994 and achieved CPA Status in 1997. She became a Director of the firm in 2002.
Katrina provides taxation, business management and accounting advice to individuals and small to medium business enterprises within a broad range of industries, including rural, construction and medical.
Katrina loves being able to work closely with clients to help them achieve their objectives and establishing and maintaining long term client relationships.
Pam Badke
B.Com FCPA
Pam Badke joined the firm in 2002 and soon after completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting in 2003. Pam has been a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant since 2006. Pam became an associate of the firm in July 2014, then became a Director on July 1, 2019.
Pam provides taxation and accounting advice to individuals and business clients, and financial account and income tax preparation for self-managed superannuation funds.
Hannah Griffits
B.COM CPA
Hannah joined the firm in 2016 and completed her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting in 2017. Hannah has been a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant since 2021. Hannah became an associate of the firm in July 2023, then became a Director on July 1 2025.
Hannah provides taxation and accounting advice to individuals and small to medium business clients within a broad range of industries including rural, transport and construction.
Hannah enjoys working closely with her clients to help them achieve their objectives and is dedicated to creating long term client relationships.

Wendy Weir
Accountant
Wendy joined Moore Lewis and Partners in 2008 and has had over 28 years experience in the accounting profession. Wendy has also had several years experience within private enterprise which has given her further knowledge of both sides of the industry and what is required.
Wendy provides financial accounting and taxation services to a broad range of clients.
Corey Russell
B.COM CPA Associate
Corey joined Moore Lewis & Partners in March 2020 after completing a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in accounting and finance at the end of 2019.
Commencing his CPA in August 2020, Corey provides taxation services to individuals and small to medium business enterprises, including financial accounts, tax returns and BAS’s across a broad range of industries.
Lachlan Bull
B.COM CPA Accountant
Lachlan joined the firm in March 2020 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the end of 2019.
Starting his CPA early 2021, Lachlan provides taxation services to individuals and small to medium business enterprises, including financial accounts, tax returns and BAS’s across a broad range of industries.
Rebecca Wright
Accountant
With a solid foundation in accounting and a passion for client success, Bec brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
Throughout her professional journey, Bec has dedicated the majority of her time to serving clients in the private enterprise and not-for-profit sectors, gaining valuable insights into diverse financial landscapes.

Amber Bodker
Accountant
Amber joined the Moore Lewis and Partners team in 2025 and has over 10 years’ experience in the accounting profession. Amber has been a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant since 2020. Amber provides taxation services to individuals and small to medium business enterprises across a broad range of industries.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and son (Ollie) going on adventures. I also like going to the gym and spending time with friends.
Mackenzie Earle
Accountant
Mackenzie first joined the firm in March 2021 as our Receptionist. Mackenzie has now moved into a role as an Accountant and is currently studying at university.
She enjoys meeting new people and learning all about the accounting world.
Breanna Yarrow
Accountant
Breanna first joined Moore Lewis and Partners as an Accountant in November 2024. With a strong background in bookkeeping, she is now almost finished her accounting degree. She brings a calm, detail-focused approach to her work and enjoys supporting clients with practical, down-to-earth financial advice.
Our Administration Team
Vicki Strong
Office Manager
Vicki joined Moore Lewis and Partners in 2009. As Office Manager, Vicki’s role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Vicki also manages the Corporate Secretarial Division of Moore Lewis and Partners, which includes the establishment of companies, and the ongoing maintenance of these entities.
Gaby Jensen
Administration Officer
Gaby joined the Moore Lewis and Partners team in February 2020 as our Receptionist and has since moved to an Administration Officer in March 2021.
Gaby provides essential support to the accounting and administration staff.
Mikala Allan
Administration Officer
Mikala joined Moore Lewis & Partners in 2024 as our receptionist and has since moved into a part time role as an Administration Officer in July 2025.
Tiarna Hess
Administration Officer
Tiarna joined the Moore Lewis and Partners team in July 2025 as our Receptionist. As your first point of contact, you have either spoken to her over the phone or been the first welcoming face you see when you come into the office.
Tiarna provides essential support to the accounting and administration staff.
